  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • A minimum of 2+ years of Sales Representative experience is required in either the pharma or healthcare industry
  • Good understanding of the medical and healthcare sector and the hepatology / liver surgery sector in particular
  • Life sciences background and having spent time in and Small & Medium Enterprise environment, with strong personal business networks
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop non-traditional solutions to complex business challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Be hands on
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of products/applications and ERP systems
Sie wirken für uns durch: 
  • Manage the customers and drive sales of medical devices for the DACH region
  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff
  • Monitoring and reporting on the Progress and execution of key accounts and projects
  • Accountable for maximizing existing accounts and the introduction and sales of the device and in Germany, Switzerland and Austria
  • Deliver sales growth and margin targets in line with the overall business plan
  • Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular cold calling
  • Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses, hospital doctors and pharmacists.
  • Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff
  • Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations.
  • Coordinate sales campaigns
